At Cherokee Millwright and Mechanical, we are “geared for success.”  In order to provide you with the highest quality millwright and mechanical services possible, Cherokee Millwright and Mechanical focuses on seven core values and principles.  We refer to these principles as the Seven Gears for Success:  

Employees:  We know that our employees are the driving force behind the quality of our work.  Our employees are carefully selected and go through rigorous training.  They take pride in the quality of their work and strive to continually grow their knowledge base, allowing CMM to offer expertise in various industries and applications.
 
Performance:  We measure our performance based on the satisfaction of our customers.  We approach each project with the same goal – to make sure it is completed quickly, correctly, and cost-efficiently.  Not only do we strive to fulfill your project expectations, but we strive to complete your project on time and on budget.

Experience:  CMM has worked for a variety of companies in diverse industries, ranging from heavy manufacturing to precise medical production and from college campuses to testing laboratories.  We have helped set rolling mills, installed paper mill equipment, placed an anneal furnace for operation, and installed cranes, conveyors, and robots.  The principles in our company have over 40 years of experience in these industries and have completed a wide variety of jobs.  Because of this broad base of knowledge, we can anticipate problems before they occur and guide our employees to avoid any costly delays.  With CMM, you are getting the level of experience to ensure that your project is in good hands.

Innovation:  Our goal is to complete your project in the most efficient manner.  CMM is never satisfied, always striving to find a better and more efficient way to tackle your project.  This saves you time and money.  We accomplish this through two types of innovation:  Innovation in performing the job in new ways as well as technological innovation.  For example: we were one of the first millwrights to use precision laser alignment in the state.  

Dedication:  Our employees working on your job are dedicated to its proper and speedy completion.  Therefore, CMM is there every step of the way.  Not only are we there in the project planning and completion phases, but we offer maintenance services on your machines and equipment as well.  We know that, often, the quality and efficiency of our work determines how quickly your business can go into operation so, we are dedicated to completing your project correctly and on time.

Location:  We provides two strategic locations in order to better serve our customers.  Our first location is our Maryville, TN facility.  This facility was followed by our Morristown, TN location.  These two locations have allowed us to expand our service area to better serve you.
